Based on recent experience I share some examples of where small businesses can up their game by following-up more effectively.
Most of us will know what it's like to phone a company (plumbers are often the worst) and then not get any kind of response.
This is not only rude but can also damage your reputation as a business.
Also, it's wise to keep track of all of your social media channels even if you don't actually use them that much.
